Hi, nice to meet you...

My name is Jaclyn and I am a graphic deisgner who currently resides in Savannah, Georgia with my husband and "kids" (2 golden retrievers and an orange cat).

I attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I recieved my B.F.A. in graphic design in 2003. Shortly after graduating, I landed my first graphic design position with a furniture company and have been with them for nearly 5 years (and counting).

I enjoy digital photography and I am trying to get back into drawing. I also do small freelance projects, mainly for friends and family, while working full-time. In addition, I am currently enrolled in Sessions Online School of Design where I am taking courses to learn web design (this site is my first hand-coded site!). I hope to develop my interests in web design, photography and drawing in order to become a more well-rounded artist.

Please visit my blog to see what I have been up to lately...

If you were wondering where "divine frenzy" came from, you must google Italian Baroque artist Artemisia Gentileschi, one of my favorite artists. She defines it well in her self-portrait. My definition of the divine frenzy is the surge of creative energy, emotion, and insipiration that runs through your body and mind when you are at hard at work or "in the zone". All creative people are sure to have experienced this at some point, and you know how good it feels to work with such passion and to show it in your art. I love the idea, so I use it as inspiration.
